When you press the synchronizing button on devices the screen should refresh on the cisco sccp phone. The screen refreshes on 18.03. The screen does not refresh on 20.11.
The phone does not synchronize until Wazo server is restarted.

Please check at your earliest time.

Provisioning Problem Solved. I did not understand the Auto Provisioning also works on SCCP.
THIS IS A FANTASTIC FEATURE… Wazo should really Shout about this.
