On a Cisco phone there is a directory button. After pressing directory butt there are 4 options:Missed Calls, Received Calls, Placed Calls, and Wazo. The Wazo options I thought was to be a list of Users. It has “Name or Number:”. I try to enter but always nothing found. What would need to be configured to get Wazo directory to work?
