No audio on incalls or outcalls

18.03 all was good audio worked.
upgraded to 20.04 everything works except audio on incalls and outcalls. no change on router or ip address.
Very much want to get this fixed.

This is probably a nat issue. Can you add external_media_address in your sip general settings.

Fantastic…that fixed the audio problem…
One more small problem the time on Cisco SCCP phone.
The timezone is set with Provisioning/Config device. and that changes the tftpboot file. in user there is also a timezone setting that does not change the tftpboot file.I think that the Provisioning/Config device would be the default and the user would overwrite the default.
the user timezone setting does not overwritethe setting on tftpboot file.

Good question for sccp, i don’t remember, but maybe @pcm remember what you need to do or not.

I’m 90% sure we did not do the integration with the user’s timezone. But I agree that it would make sense to use it.
