In the wazo UI, is it possible or not to download the recordings from CDR or only with an API request?
Hello, currently there is no option in the UI to download the call recording. If you want to patch the UI and send a PR you are welcome. For the moment you need to use the API.
Would be a great addition…But what would be really good is a way to export call recordings via email. No pesky subpoena looking for evidence from your customer because Wazo server has no recordings. I would like it to work just like voicemail to
email with delete the message after notification.
It’s possible to do this feature with our API.
