Listen / Whisper to calls (Chanspy)

Hello there,

in Version 18.03 there was a Wazo Client which allowed to dial into ongoing calls and “listen” to them.
How can I achieve the same with Wazo platform?

Hello,

There is no client in wazo-platform. If you want to achieve this feature you need to develop your own client. Check applications endpoint here: https://wazo-platform.org/documentation/console/application to create your own call center application. The snoop endpoint if for spying a channel.
