Jitsi Client Inbound Call not connecting

Did you follow this steps :

as:
To: sip:0684395631@host-ip14:05:54.569086 │ 401 Unauthorized │ │Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.0.102:5060

you may have network issue using a private network address …
and you may hide your phone number too … privacy is important.

i’m not good enough to guess what’s wrong with only that kind of log.
