Hello everyone,
This is a little update to let everyone know that we’ve backported Jira into wazo 25.05
This will allow a reverse lookup to match directory entries using different number formats. This will avoid the need to save contacts phone numbers in the same format as the operator is sending those numbers during an incoming call.
