Unconditional forward on group with user config

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to allow a member of a group to set up an inconditional forward from his phone effective on this group. The user is dialing *21, the number, and validate :

The option Enable Transfer by DTMF is checked on the user.

On the group i put a member on a softphone and my user as pilot extension, but when i call the external number which is set up on this group the call is hanged up :

When a user is a group member of type “user”, all dialplan related to this user will be skipped (including forward)
To make it works, you must add a group member of type “extension” with the extension of your user, then all dialplan related to this extension will be executed (including forward)

26003 is the extension in internal context for the user who’s forwarding

It looks like your incall destination is configured to hangup not to forward to your group:

It should be something like:

Goto (forward,group,1)

Can you post a screenshot of your incall configuration and/or try to resave it
