Bonjour,
Je viens de me rendre compte d’un gros souci.
Appel d’une SDA, vers une file d’attente, je suis dans la file d’attente, les agents sonnent,
et si je sur numérote en faisant par exemple le 15/17/18/112 l’appel sort du Xivo et va vers ce numéro.
Comment interdire cela svp ? je ne trouve pas de topic à ce sujet…

C’est que tu as un context sur ta queue.

Oui, j’ai bien vue qu’il y a un “Contexte de sortie” dans le menu “Avancé” de la queue,
mais je ne parviens pas à le changer, dès que je valide, cela revient sur le contexte initialement mis…
Dois-je supprimer la queue et la recréer pour que cela fontionne? j’ai 47 agents logué dessus :-/
Tu es sur quel version?
Quel est l’interface que tu utilises?
Tu as les log de wazo-confd lorsque tu enregistres la queue?
Tu peux ajouter du debug echo "debug: true" > /etc/wazo-confd/conf.d/01-debug.yml et systemctl restart wazo-confd
Sinon tu peux modifier la queue avec les API directement si le problème vient de l’interface
mon client est en Xivo 14.08 ,oui je sais c’est très vieux, mais impossible de le mettre à jour à cause
d’un développement spécifique par Avencall sur ce client…
