I am configuring my Wazo 20.01 via the Web UI and I tried something but did not want to keep it and now I cannot go back to the original.
In either Groups or Users, you have the option of declaring the Music On Hold files to use. The default is none and when there is no MoH slected, the caller hears ringing while the system tries to reach the User.
When I selected MoH, the caller heard the MoH (big surprise) while the system was trying to make the connection, and I think that would be more confusing to the caller so I wanted to return to the default - ringing - sound the caller hears.
But, unlike most dropdown menus which have a lttle x in the top right corner to unselect the choice, the MoH dropdown has no such x and I cnanot now unselect the MoH sound.
Is there a configuration file I can manually edit to remove the MoH stting for User and Group?
Is this a bug or was the lack of a delete capabilty once MoH was selected intentional?
