Simplifying SIP Trunk Addition

Hi,

We appreciate the great work behind the Wazo Platform.

We’d like to request a feature to streamline the SIP trunk addition process. By automating the configuration of essential settings like AOR, endpoint, authentication, and outbound authentication (contact, contact_user, from_domain, username, password) upon initial trunk creation, the process could become more efficient and user-friendly. Then users can make additional adjustments as needed later.

This would significantly reduce the manual effort required, making it easier for users to add new SIP trunks to their Wazo deployments.

Well, i’m not a wazo-platform team member, but as i know, wazo-ui is not a priority.

They already maintain an admin panel for the enterprise part.

Actually, wazo-ui is just here to permit to test the solution quickly.
There is many things missing (like agents association, funckeys templates, and more)

Wazo-platform still be a product for developpers, and will not offer a ready to go solution.

But the plus is that wazo team will not block you to upgrade wazo-ui !
It’s open source, so you can modify it by yourself.
