Je voudrais paramétrer les codecs de mon installation WAZO.
J’ai suivi le tuto ici : https://wazo-platform.org/uc-doc/installation/postinstall
Au début je voulais le faire depuis wazo-ui mais ne trouvant pas finalement je le fais en utilisant l’api REST.
Par contre, /asterisk/sip/general n’existe pas, ou plus. J’ai un retour 404 sur la requête
https://A.B.C.D:443/api/confd/1.1/asterisk/sip/general
Du coup, comment faites-vous pour choisir les codecs ?

Dans ce répertoire se trouvent un fichier codec.conf et un sous-répertoire codecs.d
Je n’ai jamais installé d’autre que les codecs standard, donc je ne suis pas sûr du mécanisme, mais j’ai pensé qu’il pourrait être utile de le souligner.

Did you look in /etc/asterisk ?
In that directory is a codec.conf file and a subdirectory codecs.d
I have never installed any but the standard codecs so not sure of the mechanism but thought it might be helpful to point that out.
Hello ! Thanks for your answer. Yes I looked there but it seemed to me that the directory is under the supervision of WAZO. I assumed it would be crashed at every change so I did not try to modify it.
What bothers me is that the documentation clearly states how to activate codecs but it does not work.
It seems that no codecs are present because I had the message : “no codecs” or somethings like that in the logs.

I use the Wazo Web GUI for all my configurations, so here is where I defined codecs
{Tenant} -> Advanced -> SIP Templates -> Global
I only use ulaw so for me I had two entries:
disallow = all
allow = ulaw
