Impossible to upgrade from 18.03 to 19.12

Hello Dear Wazo community !

I’m encountering an issue when trying to upgrade from 18.03 to 19.12:
The wazo-upgrade task is starting, but stops immediately because it claims the 23_load_wazo_user_from_file.py file, which one does not exist.

Did someone already face this one ?

Many thanks for any clue :wink:

Below are the detailed logs :

Asterisk will be upgraded from version 15 to 16. You might be impacted if you have:

* custom Asterisk configuration (other than custom dialplan)
* custom application using AMI or ARI
* custom Asterisk modules (e.g. codec_g729a.so)

If you find yourself in one of these cases, you should make sure that
your customizations still work with Asterisk 16. Please refer to
http://documentation.wazo.community/en/stable/upgrade/18.12/asterisk_16.html
for more information.

Hi everybody,

It is now fixed, here is the answer if this can help somebody else :

I had to cleanup the /var/lib/xivo-upgrade/xivo_user_dump.json file (generated during an old update), then I was able to upgrade and everything went fine !

Thanks a lot.
