Route incoming call to trunk

Dear,

I am on version 21.03

I am really enthousiast about the Wazo Platform. I am using the gui as of this moment and I want to route a call to a trunk.

How can I accomplished that by the GUI. When I go to call-management-incalls and choose an incoming route and then destinations, i cannot choose for trunk.

When I choose for custom and then SIP/trunkname, it is not being accepted.

Hello,

You don’t need to choose trunk. Add your number in context, choose it on incall, and select destination.

Hi Quintana,

What I want to accomplish is the following:

Incoming call ---- WAZO —trunk---- PBX

I want to route an incoming call from wazo to another PBX hosted on Asterisk, so the call needs to send over a trunk to the other PBX.

Choose extension as a destination and on outcall use the trunk you want with the good routing.
