# Line 300 in context general already exists

Hi all,

I’m jumping on the Wazo 24.x train (after a long journey on Wazo 18).

I have created an internal context on my tenant with users from 500 to 699.  
Their is no other internal context linked to the tenant nor any other tenant.

When I do a dialplan show 300@ctx-general-internal-xxxxx, I can a reponse for ‘300’ created by pbx\_config  
It’s the same for extension 300 to 325

I checked on the database on the contextnumbers table : there is no 300…325 record

My question is : why those dialplan extension are created by pbx\_config.

Hello,

Congratulations to have made this switch after 6 years ;-).

There is no 300 created by wazo, there is probably a configuration, module or dialplan to create this extension.

Can you show me the result of the dialplan generated?

And so happy we finally made it !

I found the problem : there was some 300…325 records on the extensions table but no users linked to them.  
I just deleted them from the DB and everything went to a normal state.
