We’re evaluating your platform for our product. Currently, the system we’re using provides us with a feed, so that we can identify call quality issues in calls. This includes the usual, such as latency, jitter and packet loss, but also information such as whether the call unexpectedly dropped, which codecs were used and whether TURN was utilised etc. Do you provide a similar feed? Ideally, we’d like to get detailed information on WebRTC connections as well as the PBX connections.
